Galaxy s3 exchange tasks stopped syncing

Hi everyone,

One of the users where I work have a galaxy s3 and we are using microsoft exchange account for emails. Everything is syncing fine. But after 1-2 months, tasks stop syncing. The only solution I found is to delete the exchange account and create it again. And we are good to go for another 2 months. Anyone knows a solution for this issue?

The android version the user phone is 4.1.1.

I've had this happen occasionally on my prior phone, but it was contacts, not tasks. I didn't sync tasks then. Not every two months, fortunately. It hasn't yet happened on my S3, but I've had it for slightly less than two months.
