Galaxy S3 Fails to Flash Custom Roms

For the past couple of days, when I try to flash a ROM or other custom mod, I get told that it failed for one reason or another. Typically it's either because the file is missing either its MD5 files or its Zip Signature. If I install the ROM with the apps from Google, I will either be able to get past the boot screen or have to reset the whole device. Is there something that I'm doing wrong or is it something on my phone that is fixable?

If you are using TWRP you can turn off the MD5 check.
