Galaxy S3: Flashed new ROM, now no Mobile Data

I searched other threads but found no solution.

I flashed from RRemix to Cyanogenmod and lost my Mobile Data, phone calls and texts work, then went back to my Nandoid backup and everything was fine. Then tried a newer version of the RR Kit Kat and lost Mobile Data again. I went to the backup of my older RR Kit Kat and it works fine. Just curious what the issue is, I would like to be able to switch or update ROMS.

This is for a GT-i9300 btw.

Maybe flashing a different modem?

Sorry, I should have mentioned that I can make phone calls and texts.
