Galaxy S3 is too slow

I am desperate, my phone is to slow , when I am in an app like mail or gallery and I want to return to the main screen it can take 5-6 seconds. If I am looking a contact in the contact list it is not fast. I have to wait several secs to write a message. HELP PLEASE. IT DOESN'T FREEZE AND DOESN'T HANG UP BUT IS VERY VERY SLOW

Factory reset >> Start again with everything !

It could be one of your sd cards that is damaged and when the phone tries to read over that piece of data it hangs.
Try LagFix (fstrim) Free from the market.

You could also be another victim of a known bug, it is always recommended to update to the newest available firmware.

Hey guys. Sorry for late.

I had the same problem 6 months ago. My phone was super slow and then, after a factory reset, started freezing even half of hour. The nand was affected by sudden death, even if the phone didn't died. Samsung changed the nand and the motherboard.
