Galaxy S3 M3 Stable Release Help

Hello, I need some help The Play store of my Galaxy S3 Won't open. It has Cyanogenmod 10.1 M3 Stable Release. I also have an issue with the weather not showing up could anyone tell me how to fix this? I would Really Appreciate this.
