Galaxy S3 may be bricked??? Help Please

so i rooted and got that all done no problem. i then tried to flash a new rom and used a international rom byy accident and now i cannot get recovery or anything it wont turn on
i used [ROM]|4.2.2|XXUFME7| Pardus HD RoM? XIV Beta II |Magnificent|Fast|Stable|Soon| - xda-developers pardus hd rom

Is there anything i can do to save this....

Can you get into Download Mode (Vol Down + Power)?

Once you (hopefully) get everything straightened out, only use ROMs from this section:

I'm sorry to break it to you but if your device is unresponsive, won't charge, no recovery & no download mode you are Hard Bricked. Head over to MobileTechVideos.com. they offer a service called JTAG Brick Repair for $50 they will fix it for you.
