Galaxy S3 mini: Problem scrolling because double tap mode is activated in recently bought

Hi,

I bought a Galaxy S3 mini today and when i turned it on, i realized i can't scroll any screen cause it's with its double tap mode activated.

I have no idea how to remove it, cause when i get on the configuration screen, i can't roll it down to get this option desactivated

you can scroll by sliding with two fingers, to turn off double tap you should go to settings>accessibility and then disable talkback mode

You can also just go to settings --> Accessibility and there turn off TalkBack.

Giorgi, if you were nearby I would take you to dinner!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was SO frustrated trying to make my new headset work to read my texts to me as advertised. In doing so, I could barely get back on the phone from the screen lock! I was just about ready to hurl the thing as far as I could when I thought I would try searching it here. The two finger scroll got me where I could turn the damn feature off. I've since deleted the program and decided I'll just read the things as they come in. THANK YOU for putting an end to a very frustrating night!
