Galaxy s3 not enough funds to make calls but on unlimited pre pay and paid up

Called Tmobile they can't help my phone won't make calls or send text because it says that I don't have enough funds to make the call. My husband had the same issue and when I called Tmobile for him they said they turned off a feature and that fixed the issue. No clue what feature they turned off but his phone works now. When I called Tmobile I told them about my husband having the same problem and they said they would turn off the feature on mine to but after I got off the phone I had to Cal back 5 more time because I was getting charged for international calling for any number I called. Now that seems to be fixed after fighting with them that I was not making any call out of the USA. But I still can't make any calls without the automated message saying. You don't have enough funds to make this call add funds and try again. The only way I can make calls now is if my wife calling is on then it works fine. Please help.

Sorry to say this really sounds like a t-mobile issue, and not a phone issue. Call back and ask to speak to a supervisor.
 
I have and I know it's a Tmobile issue wanted to know if anyone else was having the same problem and if they got it fixed. Because Tmobile insist that it is not a problem with their network. They said they filed a ticket and I would hear from them within 3 days but still nothing from Tmobile and it's been over 3 days. Thank you.
