hi all,
I have an samsung galaxy S3 (International unlocked). Got about 6-7 months back with android 4.1.2. Ever since I downloaded the OTA update for 4.3 i find the phone gets rapidly heated when i turn on 3g and use apps like facebook and then the battery rapidly drains, like every 1 minute one percent reduces (sync gps etc are off). This never happened on 4.1.2. Should I download a different regions 4.3 stockrom and flash it to my phone and see if the same problems occur? If so which regions is the best? If there are no solutions to this I'm thinking of downgrading to 4.1.2, so which regions stock rom should I download and flash to the device? Mine came with the Indian one but I'd rather have a different countries rom.
Generally whats the difference in stock roms from different regions?
Ps- My phone has never been rooted or anything like that. It was neither unlocked (as the box piece came like that). I just use it to text, call whatsapp skype and the occasional game for a couple minutes.
Thanks in advance,
C
