Galaxy S3 problem watching videos

I've had m s3 for a bit now, and there seems to be an issue while watching videos. Whenever I try to watch one, the image freezes while the audio keeps playing. The moment I touch the screen to bring up a toggle button or menu, the video's image resumes from where it's supposed to be. The moment that the toggle or menu goes down, the videos image freezes again. It happens everywhere. On youtube, websites, apps, and even built in video player. If anyone could help, that'd be great.
