Welcome to Android Central! Is it a Galaxy Tab 3 tablet, or a Galaxy S3 phone? Is this only with your home wi-fi? Are you certain the wi-fi is connected successfully to the web? Have you tried connecting to public networks, like at your local Starbucks or public library?
