Galaxy s3 twrp instaling 4.3 Jelly Bean

Hy i have Galaxy s3 with twrp and i wipe all out i just have twrp, how do i instal 4.3 Jelly Bean?

Look in the S3 subforum on XDA Forums. If you can't find a TWRP ROM System image, ask if someone cam make one and post it for you. Then just copy it to the TWRP/BACKUPS/<your phone> folder and restore it. (It's a lot easier if that folder is on your SD card.)
