Galaxy S3i have Wifi hotspot used it before now it wont let me

Turn it on connects and then says im not capable

Welcome to Android Central! Have you changed carriers or data plans since the last time you used the hotspot? Usage of the built-in hotspot usually requires an extra fee or a specific kind of data plan.
