Hello!
Here I am, an ex-HTC One user and now enjoying my new S4
This phone can get very nice results in low light, sometimes better than One because the One can easily over-expose any light source in a low light photo.
Here are some shots taken yesterday in Beirut Downtown with my S4:

One takes better low light photos everyone knows that. You're trying very hard justifying your choice of S4. You saying that One over exposes light sources tells me you never had One, just full of bull.
Nice shots though

It is true though. Any streetlight or lamp in a low light setting will create a lot of noise. Obviously it performs better in lowlight for most situations but the S4 handles those light sources better. In good lighting the S4 blows the One out of the water

I don't think you've used a Galaxy S4 in low light conditions!
My nephew and a friend have HTC One phones and my GS4 normally takes better pictures then theirs. Even in certain low light conditions.

Haha..really?
My wife has an S4 (she went with bigger screen in a same size body as One). She asks me to take pictures with my phone every time we encounter a low light condition. Don't get me wrong, S4 has great camera, I like One camera features (Zoe, highlights etc) better.
