Galaxy S4 - camera problem

hello all,
i have a problem with my samsung galaxy s4.
since 2 days all the pictures i toke have black dots on the pictures
an example of this is the next

all the dots are allways on the same place on every picture i take.
the glass of my camera has absolutely no scratches or anything,
i allready tried to clean it but its perfectly clean...
is this on garranty en does somebody know what this is???

That could be dead pixels on the actual sensor itself, if that is the case, get a warranty replacement.
