galaxy s4 crashing applications ..help

after updating my galaxy s4 to android 4.3.. it was good for some days then apps started crashing
whatsapp, bbm, facebook messenger
i formatted my device and also the memory card
but still apps are crashing whenever i open them
i works fine when i restart the phone but in few hours same thing happens again
also my galley is taking 2-3 seconds to open
please help me
p.s- i also reinstalled the apps but its crashing again and again
non-rooted galaxy s4 with 32 gb mmc

I have the exact same problem, unless mine doesn't fix even tough i restart

I've been having problems where the apps crash at least once every time I start an app. It started recently. I did a factor reset with no changes. Any ideas?
