Galaxy S4 does not factory reset after multiple attempts

I have attempted to factory reset my S4 and it still gets stuck on the Samsung logo when booting, every time.

Help!

Note that I have already used the power/home/volume up technique to access the restore dialogue, have cleared the cache, and have factory reset. Three times. Still no boot--just the Samsung logo, forever.

Any ideas?
