Galaxy S4 Emergency Calls Only, what can I do?

Galaxy S4 "Emergency Calls Only"

A couple of days ago I dropped my phone on a hard surface and ever since it's been saying "emergency calls only" and "not registered on network" if I try to make a call.. Everything else is working fine though..

It HAS worked for short periods since, but always goes back to no service, in locations which I usually have reception

What could be wrong with it? Can it be fixed?
A friend seems to think the antenna connection is just loose and offered to have a look at it but I'm a bit scared to let him touch it..

Theres clearly hardware damage which cannot be diagnosed on a forum. I would take it to a rdpair shop
