galaxy s4 i9505 LTE option not available

i am living in srilanka and in my s4(i9505) ,In my network modes only three options (WCDMA/GSM, WCDMA ONLY , GSM ONLY)are available eventhough i have 4G sim and inside 4G coverage area. pls give me solutions, I'M on 4.3 and many 4G toggle apps are crashing.

Do you have 4G enabled? You should be able to see the option to turn it on in the notification bar

hey bro, i'm from sri lanka as well. had the same issue, with dialog.
