Galaxy S4 keeps restarting

My Galaxy S4 keeps restarting when locked and when charger is plugged in.
I tried factory reset, wiping cache partition, safe mode, removing SD card and SIM but it still restarts.

Anyone have a solution for this?

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like a hardware issue, perhaps with the charging port or with the motherboard. You probably have to take it to a repair shop.
