Galaxy s4 L720TVPUCOD2 update, how can I remove it?

Galaxy s4 L720TVPUCOD2 update

My S4 recently updated to L720TVPUCOD2 Lollipop and I now find the phone harder to use as well as loosing several operating functions. Is there a way to remove the update or restore it to the previous operating system?
