When I first had the phone I was able to adjust the volume with the side button controls; meaning I could make the sound louder or more quite, go down to vibrate or even silent. Now I can not do that. I have to go into sound settings to change volume or use the quick menu in the notifications bar. This phone is only a month old. Wondering if anyone knew what happened, what I did or how to try and fix it.
