galaxy s4 new battery not working :(

[AC Question]

hey , hello again,
i bought a battery from Amazon for galaxy s4 .. and i received it today . and when i tried to charge it my phone does not recognises the battery it shows the initial stage then the loops begin.Also it doesn't let my phone open..Do u know why is it like that? Can i do something for this problem??Is the battery defect or my phone? :/
I am so fed up with this phone

I would try a different cable or charger. See if that helps.

Sadly, I would guess the port is probably bad. You can check local repair shops and see what they can do.

wll i forgot to tell..the old battery was swollen.. but if i put it in phone and charge it..it charges :/ so do u think the battery is defect??
