Galaxy S4 no SIM detected

[AC Question]

Hi I'm new here
But anyways my Galaxy S4 is out of warranty and my SIM card is constantly not detected or I have to restart my phone to find out it is still not detected. I have gotten a new SIM card and I have replaced the SIM/SD reader myself...
So what is wrong with my phone?

Sounds like it could be hardware related to the device.
