Galaxy S4 not charging but shows charge icon

Hello People!

I have been using my Galaxy S4 for about a year now,
now suddenly the battery wont charge but the battery charge icon is there! The battery meter just wont go up, At first(yesterday) it didnt read through USB PC now it wont charge but shows the charging icon and the RED notification light!

Any Solutions?

Welcome to Android Central! Try either a new battery or a different USB charge cable/plug.

already done that, now I just kept it off strange how it happened all of a sudden!
