Galaxy S4 out of warranty sim card registration problem

I have tried everything but still i am not able to solve this problem its not under warranty so i cannot replace it....whenever i register my sim card automatically the emergency call notification goes away and my sim card works for a minute or two and again i get the emergency calls only notification.....plzzzzz help me

Bring the phone to your carrier - it could be a defective SIM card.
