Galaxy S4: Photoediting App/Location

Hello

I have a Galaxy S4 and I need some help. I take screen shots off my phone at times and I am wondering is there an application that allow me to edit the screen shot? What I am looking for specifically is I want to draw an arrow on the photo or indicate/highlight something. Looking for something simple, nothing fancy.

Second question is, is there a way to share my location with a HTC One phone or with another Android user? Say I am in X location i want the other person to know where they can find me.
