I tried looking for solutions all over the internet, but i cant find anyone that has the same problem. This problem started about 2 weeks ago. My phone randomly shuts off and doesn't turn back on for a few hours. If i take the battery out and put it back in, it automatically vibrates, it shows the samsung galaxy s4 logo for 2 seconds, then it shuts off again.
I called samsung, and my carrier for replacement batteries, I went ahead and bought new charging cables and nothing. The problem still happens and my phone hasn't turned on in 2 days. Samsung cant help me out in any way, my carrier wants to give me a new phone that i have to pay for, for some reason...
