Galaxy S4 randomly vibrating?

My samsung galaxy s4 seems to be randomly vibrating for the last 2 weeks. The vibrations are really short like when you tap a key on the keyboard. It also only happens when the phone is charging and the screen is on. If possible i would like to avoid a factory reset as I don't really want to lose all my personal data.

My s4 was vibrating too and what I did is in app settings, I deleted all Facebook data and it stopped vibrating. Unbelievable I think I found the problem.
