Galaxy S4 restarts after Lollpop upgrade

Hello. I have updated my s4 to Lollipop two days ago. When I turn the phone on, it begins restarting continuously after a few seconds. I tried the safe mode and wipe cache, but it didn't worked. Only factory reset helped for a while, the phone worked fine for a day, then it started restarting again. Does anyone experienced the same issue and have a solution? Please help.
