Galaxy S4 screen not responding..

hi

Since updating my software to KitKat the music player kept skipping music. I now can't access my phone at all, my keypad all of a sudden stopped responding so I can't unlock my phone to access it, i then factory reset it so i could get rid of my phone pin which was needed to unlock it, its still not working. all the other buttons are working and i was still receiving notifications on my phone. Any ideas what i can do next?

That is really strange. Have you called your carrier about it? Or Samsung?
