Galaxy S4 storage issue

Received several messages that my storage was almost out. When I looked under settings to see what was using the most memory, I noticed that downloads is currently using a large amount. I click on "Downloads" and it says I have no downloads. Help!

Have you tried looking under the actual folder "Downloads" using the built in file manager or ES File Explorer on your internal card? My guess is you would have several items you downloaded sitting in that folder you could delete...And deleting the cache will relieve some space on your S4.
