Galaxy s4 voice recorder files and music PROBLEM!!!

My galaxy s4 stopped accepting voice recording into music. It used to but it no longer does. Don't ask me a dumb question like is it in the right format. I'm EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED by this. I've downloaded a few different "file managers" to find a so-called .nomedia file for this voice recording and delete it. All of them are useless because they can't find the file and they have no capability to delete .nomedia files. I've tried root explorer, es file manager, astro. NONE OF THEM WORK!!! how do I get my voice recordings yo play in music. Yes, they are in the right format for music!!! Just tell me what to do!!! They used play there now they don't.

Welcome to Android Central! Is this the stock voice recorder, or a 3rd party one? And are you using the stock Music app? Are the files saving to Internal Storage, or to an SD card?
