Galaxy s4 Won't Install Lollipop

hi,
i got the lollipop update notification and downloaded the update with no problem. However, when it attempted to install, it said "Error" with a dead Android figure and then rebooted back to Android 4. I have done this 6 times now.

Any suggestions on what to do?

If the phone has ever been rooted, or you're running a custom ROM, it's supposed to do that. (Updating a phone that's been rooted, or one with a custom ROM, can brick the phone.)

The phone hasn't been rooted and doesnt have a custom ROM.

If you have a PC I would strongly recommend using Samsung Kies to install the 5.0 update.

- Download/Install Samsung Kies
- Plugin your GS4 via USB CablE
- Place your GS4 in MTP mode
- You SHOULD see notification about update
- Allow it to download and install

*Update download is 1.5GB+
*You will need 3GB free on Internal Storage
