galaxy S4 won't update

I have a S4 for Sprint running 4.3. O had tried to install a different room along time ago. Ever since then I can't do an update. I've done factory reset and still nothing. Was wondering if there is something keeping it from updating and if there was a way to fix it without a computer. Anyone with an idea please help me thnx. Sry if this has been posted b4 I couldn't find it if there was
