Galaxy s5 act, stuck on at&t logo

Hi!

i just receive this phone from my mom because mine got broken, and i turned it on and it worked fine, but after installing all my stuff i decided to do a factory reset, then i went to the boot menu and chose to wipe, but since then it is stuck on the at&t logo, i did cache wipe and when i chose restart to bootloader and then appear the android man and "downloading" message and "do not turn off target" and nothing else happen.

Hold volume up /power button sane time until recovery page shows up then should give option to reboot phone, if still a issue then try factory reset.

You're in Odin Mode. Pull the battery to force a shutdown, then power it on again by just pressing the Power button. Does it still go to that screen?
