Galaxy S5 Active is doing things on its own. Help! How can I stop this?

Galaxy S5 Active is doing things on its own. Help!

The buttons work on my phone but not the touchscreen. I have taken battery out and also done a master reset. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
