Galaxy S5 active pair with Gear 2 Neo problem

[AC Question]

I got a Samsung Gear 2 Neo from a friend and i downloaded the Gear app for the S5 active and get a warning message saying. The Gear setup is not complete. The setup wizard is currently open on the Gear, but to connect to the Gear, you need to open the Setup wizard in Gear Manager on this device,too. I tried everything from hard resetting and a regular reset on the watch. i can receive calls but theres no home screen and i cant change my profile on the watch. Any help will be good thanks.
