Galaxy S5: Anyone using this phone naked

First phone I have ever run naked, makes me nervous but this phone is so nice w/o a cover. Don't want more bulk to an already large phone

I will probably take the case off of mine after my 14 days are up. I'm not 100% sure I want to stay with the phone or not since I'm doing the AT&T Next program. I was using an iPhone 5s before upgrading yesterday. The s5 is a beast of a phone compared to the iPhone 5s, but I'm not sure I'm comfortable with the size of it.

Using the Zag invisible shield all I ever run. That's just to not scratch it in my pocket

I found the S5 a little too slippery without a case and feared it would slip out of my hands or, worse, out of my pocket. So I put an Incipio DualPro case on it, and the surface is rubbery and grippy enough that I feel more confident holding or pocketing the phone.

Why the Incipio? I wanted to get the case immediately, rather than waiting for mail. T-Mobile store had this case. I might have looked at the Otterbox Commuter at Best Buy, but it was all packaged up and I couldn't get a feel for it. So I now have a white phone in a gray/black case. It looks fine.

The white one is very slippery. The black one feels perfect to me. No cases for the black one. It just looks and feels perfect without one. In my opinion)

I used my note two naked. I honestly hate cases. I'm very careful with my phones though.
I hate otterboxes. Huge bulky ugly cases.

Mine is only naked right now because my Case won't be available until the 15th. I'm clumsy so I need a case stat lol

I never use cases on phones and my S3 is still in perfect condition and I never had a case on it since release day. I don't understand why people buy all these expensive metal phones and then put cases on them. There are cases that make them indestructible but they add so much bulk.. I do have a cheapo case that I bought off Amazon before the release of the phone but I really like the ridges on the back of the S5 and the metal surrounding it which the case covers up.

Does anyone know what type of glass (Gorilla Glass 3?) is used for the main screen? I would not might finding a way to protect the screen more but I am not convinced the standard screen protectors do that much for a hard fall that lands just right or just wrong depending on how you want to look at it. I like that I can a replacement back cover for cheap.

Naked after I switch from the white for the black s5, but I did ordered a ghost armour screen protector.

I had originally planned on keeping my S5 naked, but I'm noticing little scratches on the outside.......seems like they're popping up outta nowhere.

I would only use my phone naked at home. Many people frown upon public nudity.

Milesdavis, where are the scratches popping up on your S5?

Mine came with a huge scratch out of the box. Did anyone else's come with any defects?
