galaxys5 apps load but never appear or open. cleared cashe force stop still same problem any ideas?

new galaxy s5 appts wont download + work. cleared cashe forced stop still appt start downloading + never stop. ?

If it is happening for a lot of apps, I would recommend a factory data reset and don't install any apps to see if you still have the same problem
