Galaxy s5 can't send sms

I can receive sms and mms... but I can only send mms. I have tried setting permissions and it all looks good... I can't change APN settings they are greyed out. Anyone have any suggestions?

In the first instance, you should contact your carrier as it could well be a problem their end.

Does this at least look normal? I've been on the phone with straight talk for 5 days for a different issue. I figured I could save myself some grief by seeing if it's a device issue first.

Those permissions look fine for a text app.
