galaxy s5 grid view

The option on my galaxy s5 to change my favorite contacts from grid view to list view has disappeared can someone please help me in getting it back!!

What carrier do you have? Also when you go to favorites and hit the button at the bottom left it doesn't show in the menu?

Did you get an update to the OS? It might have been removed.

I did do an update to the OS but so did my girlfriend with same phone and carrier and yet nothing changed for her...and no it doesnt show in the menu

What carrier do you have?

I have Sprint and just got the GS5 last night and I just got home from work so not much time playing with the phone yet.

I checked and my favorites is in a grid view at the moment but if I press the 3 dots on the top right (new menu) I see the option for List view.

The phone got an update right after activation, so I don't know how that feature worked before the update.

This is NOT a carrier specific issue. It is happening on all carriers with the newest OTA update. The option to change the view has disappeared for all folders in contacts. The favorites is locked in grid view. I hope they fix this soon.

Just had this problem with my daughter's new S5. Just changed the home screen mode from "Easy Mode" to "Standard Mode" and now you can change the views.
