galaxy s5 "phone" using too much battery

Does anyone know what could be causing the "phone" to drain my battery? I have not made any calls since I last charged it, and yet the phone is using 13% of my battery. This has been happening for a few days now, and I have restarted the phone which did not help. thanks!

I very seldom use Phone but battery stats will always show something under Phone Idle...just checked now, it said 10%, though no calls made or received. Your screenshot doesn't say Phone Idle but perhaps it's the same thing.
