Eh, it's not coming out in the U.S. yet (and may never come out in the U.S.), I doubt anyone would notice the faster CPU in the Snapdragon 805 SoC, its faster LTE speeds are useless in the U.S. at this point, and it has the same exact display, cameras, and design. Even if it had a quad-HD display, the 1080p resolution of the 5.1" display equates to a 432 ppi density. That's insanely high as-is and negates the need for a quad-HD display at that size. Unless you are going to use the phone 1 cm away from your eyes, it wouldn't matter. But the S5 Plus doesn't have a needless quad-HD display.

The only thing that matters is that it will have better battery life but it will certainly get updates later than g900f.
