For those of you who pid for shipping,, call and get reimbursed. The website says free shipping on all phones. When I went to upgrade online it wanted to charge me shipping. Not if I added a line or was a new customer though would it charge. I called and while I had to pay up front for the shipping, I was given a credit. Also, was told it was guaranteed the 11th even though it was backordered. Unfortunately it took me 4 reps to get it ordered and get the right info and get the shipping credit. Some reps don't know what they are doing...
