galaxy s5 shows 4g lte and has no internet connection

got a tmobile s5 and this usually happens when im in a moving car, s5 shows 4g lte and takes a looooong time to load anything and usually says no internet connection at the end, frustrated because this never happened on my iphone 5s

You could try calling T Mo customer service and see about having the phone re-provisioned and maybe that will fix your LTE connection problems.
