Yeah mine had very small gaps but you really have to look closely to tell. My previous phones had gaps too I'm sure it's normal

Mine also has gap at top of the phone. About a paper width. It collects sand and dust but doesn't affect the water proofing, on mine at least.

I had never noticed it.

Invisible to me, but I did notice that I can just barely hang a fingernail on it.

I have a gap on the back cover . It does a "crack" sound when I try to close it . I hope it still won't let water in ....

I too have a gap along the top of my white S5. Pretty annoying but glad I'm not the only one I guess. AT&T won't replace my phone.

I know it was a while ago that you posted. My daughter has recently (about 6 weeks ago) bought a S5 it has developed the gap across top and down left side. I notice you were going to contact Samsung, can you let me know how you got on. Thank you.

My gap is under the back button and when i press on it you can feel the screen lift up and down and its only 2 days old! thats really the only reason why i am worried when i press the back button you can see the light from under the screen
