There's been a lot on the Internet about the accelerometers failing in the S6 Edge models, causing screen rotation to fail, but I haven't seen anything online about this happening on S6 models. But it happened to me today. Got my unit Saturday, today is Monday. Spoke to Verizon and their tech support said it's a known issue. Told me to take it back to the store to exchange the unit.
I'm very surprised to have found nothing on the net about this, so I thought I should post it here. It's not just the Edge models having a problem! I've read that people suspect the fast charger is burning out the accelerometer, so I think I'll avoid using it on my replacement until I know more.
