Galaxy S6- can't forget WiFi network

I keep wifi turned on on my phone. Unfortunately the wifi at my office is set up in a way that I can't receive e-mail or texts while connected. And, for some reason it automatically connects every day. I have tried to go in and "forget" the network so it doesn't connect but that hasn't worked. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Look in your Saved Networks list -- are there multiple instances of your work wi-fi?
