Galaxy S6 does not send to short numbers after I accidentally hit "don't send" when it asked me. Now I can't respond to automated messages from my pharmacy, please help!

Welcome to the forums. It's possible that you need to enable Premium SMS back. Try this. Go to settings - apps - tap 'more' menu - special access - use Premium SMS services - message service - choose 'ask' or 'always allow'. Tell us how it goes.

I don't think my screenshot will show up on here, but no I do not have 3 dots up at the top after I click on apps underneath my settings.

I see. Select 'application manager' and then look for the more menu or three dots top right.

Strange, which carrier? Let's try a different thing. Open the Settings - search - type 'Premium' and see if the option shows up.

It might be a carrier issue. I remember in the Verizon settings on their website that you can block premium texting. So I'd look into that.
